TRADE THAT HOME
They say "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." Well the word "probably" is the key word here. My wife and I have had a great experience with Trinity Home's trade-in program with no hitches at all. Everything they said about it was true!
We looked into the program after a year of not being able to sell our house. They came in and looked around and came back with an offer. For us the offer was about what we would have cleared after paying Realtor fees and other costs. Plus there are no requests to remedy, contingencies, inspections, appraisals or nerve racking negotiations to deal with. Simple and easy.
The best part is we built an awesome house in one of the best school districts in the state. We have been here a year and couldn't be happier
