YOU WILL NOT PAY REALTOR FEES! When you trdae in your house, you will save up to 7% by not paying realtor fees. If your house is worth $175,000 you would save over $12,000!  


Will you buy my house "as-is"?

YES! This is one of the many benefits to the Trade In Program. You will not have to get your home ready to be marketed. This will save you a lot of time and money.


I want to downsize. Can I trade my house in for a home of lesser value? 

The Trade in program is a TRADE UP program. The value of the new home must be slightly higher than the value of your current house.


What's the catch? Are you going to give me a low-ball price for my current house?  

There is no catch! This program was created over 8 years ago. Since that time, over 750 homes have been taken in on trade! We don't want to waste our time or your valuable time offering you an unfair price for your current house. We will put our "best foot forward" the first time!

Do I have to build a new home or can I buy a home that is ready to move in? 

There are always a number of homes available in different stages of construction. You can start your new home from the ground up, choose a home that is under contruction or choose an already completed inventory home. If you choose a completed home, the Trade In Program means you can have your current house sold and be in your new home in less than 30 days.

I own a condominium. Can I trade a condo in for a new home? 

In most cases, the answer is yes.

Where can I build my new home?

There are 26 communities located all over the Central Ohio area. All of these locations are located in the best school districts. These school districts include Granville, Olentangy, Buckeye Valley, Big Walnut, Gahanna, Pickerington, Licking Heights, Dublin, Southwest Licking, Southwest City, Hilliard, Jonathan Alder and New Albany. Additionally, your new home can be built on your lot as an "off-site" build!

Can I trade in two homes for one new home?

Only one home can be traded in for a new home


Can I trade in a home located in another state?  

At this time, only homes located in the greater Central Ohio area are eligible for the Trade In Program.

How much is my house worth? 

After we find the perfect home for you and your family, our professional will take a tour of your current home and complete a Comparable Market Analysis to determine the Fair Market Value of your home.

What does "fair market value" mean?

The Comparable Market Analysis will take into account recent sales in your area. Typically the professional will look at a 6 month history of home sales in your area. An important note: The professional will throw out short sales and foreclosures to determine the value of your home.
